With another beta read concluded, I have now finished the second to last edit cycle of Book I: thus I have passed the manuscript on to the third and final beta reader. I anticipate this to be the most rigorous review – especially in terms of world-building. Assuming this next phase to take no more than a month and a half, I am well on track to have The Edict of Alchemy submitted to literary agents this summer! I’m shooting to submit in late June, and will update again once I’ve reached the next step in my publishing journey.
In the meantime, I will be designing concept artwork to describe the in-world magic system, plot scenes, architecture, and more. For now, enjoy this constellation-inspired world map I made back in March.
